Sorry I can't help with your problem but you're lucky to be able to get into and view your booking. When I try and go in it gives me a message that I'm not authorized and I didn't make the booking. I've got Buckleys of printing a boarding pass. All our seating is pre selected so that's the main thing.

All I can suggest is to try again later.
