I've done it always. AA told me weeks ago you can't change anything in your booking unless your an AA member. So I joined but it won't let me in.
When I originally booked I made an error and didn't get my husband Xpress boarding. I figured I'd just run and save him a seat but then AA changed their procedure and you can pre allocate seating. Which meant if the seat next to me is booked I can't save it. So Yesterday I rang the 1300 number and booked his seat, it cost 50 MYR for both ways... these were HOT seats.
I'm happy now :-)
