Jet* General Manager might be able to help.
He investigated our complaint and we ended up with $300 Jet* vouchers.
Last year on our flight home from Bali to Sydney, the panel on the wall next to our seat was kicked in. Our flight was very cold and the fumes was so bad, All the way home. My 3 year old son and I had migraines for a few weeks after.
