I answered a question about this hotel, by saying that my friends have booked and paid for a couple of weeks in August. Then I learned from other replies that the walls were up and it could be along time before it was finished, so I told my friends. They sent an email to the manager and believe it or not he replied promptly. He said he could not guarantee the hotel would be finished in August and told them to send him details of their booking and he would arrange alternative accommodation. I told them to demand the Padma or Niksoma, because they want to be on the beach and near Garlic lane. I wonder how many bookings have been made for July and August. The travel agent and whole-saler were unaware of the situation.
