It has been very clear with all of my clients that it was a very high
possibility that the hotel opening date could be delayed.I was there in November 08 and it was no where near complete.
All clients of mine have been given the option to get a refund or the value paid for the Nirwana Legain to be used towards an alternative hotel.
Travel Agents will not take and keep money for a hotel service that cannot be delivered.
Travel Agents deal with wholesalers who are in actual fact responsible for relaying information to us Agents. My dealings in relation to this matter have been very easy and very informative.
It really is just simple to get new quotes for other hotels and advise the clients with a hotel they are happy with.
Travel Agents are not responsible for any hotel delays. We do our best to assist our clients. Well at least I do!!!
