SIM cards

Hi all, leaving on Wednesday for beautiful Bali... Staying at Melasti Beach Resort in Legian. Anywhere near there to purchase local SIM card for mobile to call and sms home. Also how much and what card do I ask for? Also do they copy contact list phone numbers to the new card? Thanks in advance.
