I too am confused!

Hi all!
I have had an email from 99Bali team (who seem to have part of their website devoted to BIR...http://www.99bali.com/adventure/international_rafting/index.cfm) who state "Glad to inform you that it is about 10 steps at the beginning and 7 steps at the end of the rafting. "
I need confirmation from someone who has actually rafted with them!
Hopefully someone will turn up soon who has actual hands-on experience!
