Apart from the steps down and up -
During the rafting on the Telaga Waja ( can't comment on the others), there is a point where everyone hops out of the rafts due to a massive wall, and at that point it is really muddy and slippery, bit of a steep goat track really with an inadequate antiquated steel hand rail, where the rafters have to transverse to continue the trip. This would affect your dad more than the steps at the finish and end.
Also, to get to the steps when you get out of the raft involves hopping and skipping across rocks etc. to even get to the steps. Sorry, forgot about this bit previously.
