Rabies? monkey forrest/dogs etc

Hi, Im off to bali today YAY YAY YAY

Ive mapped out what I am doing with my partner and 2 young kids and Monkey forest is one of them BUT

My youngest son aged 3 1/2 has Cyclical neutropenia which means he dosn't produce white blood cells which he is suseptibal to illnesses easily and other nastys. He has a low immune system. White blood cells fight infection. He has a needle on his bottom every 2 days to give him blood cells.

So.....my concern is if there is still a rabies outbreak and taking him to monkey forest incase of rabies and if he gets scratched or biten.

Has anyone had problems with dogs or monkeys recently?? any tips grateful.I really want my 3 1/2 year old and 8 year old to have a ball in Bali and I want them to see everything.
