You can use the +62 prefix when dialing from within Bali, just as you can use the +61 prefix when dialing aussie mobile numbers when at home.

I have all mobile numbers in my phone address book entered with the +61 and +62 prefixes so they'll work whether I'm at home or in Bali, without having to make any changes.
