Airport Taxis to Ubud???

Just a couple of questions...
I've always arranged for a driver to meet me at the airport.
This time I thought that I would just get a blue taxi to Ubud.
Are there blue taxis at the airport?
How do I get one?
How much would it be to go to Ubud?
Would I be safe travelling by myself there?
