We are in the same boat.
Booked 2 superior rooms for April - will do a report when we get back of course.
They assured me the rooms have hot water etc.
The rest we have left in the lap of the gods.
Pool looks nice though, there are better shots than the hotel website shows on web shots ( If I can trust my rusty memory)
I guess you would be needing a ground floor room though.
There is also a video on You Tube of the views from the pent house suite. No ocean from that view, just trees and roof tops so I reckon plebs like us won't have a view ???
How much are you paying per night?
We are paying rp 370 000 per room per night incl breakfast.
