Husband had 2 pairs of leather business shoes made at Dolphin in September, we had never used them before. The first pair of shoes they made were not at all acceptable even though my husband had been very clear about what he needed. But the guy at Dolphin didn't take many measurements so no surprises there. (I'm stilll wondering what they did with that pair of shoes.) A 2nd pair were made and they turned out fine so my husband had another pair made. However after wearing one pair of shoes back home for a month the souls came unstuck. Hubby has glued the souls back on and so far so good.
