Hello! Had my say about Audrey (below) and now I'm onto Dolphin Leather. I've followed the forum for a few years now and never really had the motivation to whinge but today I'm on a roll (must be the poor Canberra weather). My wife and I went to Dolphin Leather in March 2008 and had a 3/4 length leather coat and several pairs of shoes made. We had been happy customers of Dolphin previously in 2005 and 2007. In 2008, the price was significantly higher (50%+ - Dolphin blamed the drought in Australia and that could well be right) and the quality had deteriorated markedly. Only 8 months and very moderate wear later the coat looks quite worn and the shoes are on the way out. I'm very disappointed particularly given that Dolphin had produced some good stuff for me in the past. Has anyone had any more recent experience with Dolphin? Regards, Luke.
