In February this year, I paid Rp 28,000 to take the public ferry from Padang Bai to Lembar on Lombok.
There is a Perama office in Jalan Legian in Kuta who can sell you a ticket from Kuta to Gilli Trawangan for about the same price as you would pay if you bought the transport components separately.
If you do not fancy the ferries, you can buy an air ticket from the Domestic Air Terminal in Denpasar to fly from Denpasar to Mataram in Lombok. I paid Rp 309,000 in February to fly with IAT Airlines on this route (one way) plus Rp 30,000 Domestic Departure Tax.
Once you get to Mataram, you will have to pay for surface transport to Gilli Trawangan.
