there are several ways to get there, all fairly straightforward. the cheapest would be to organise a perama shuttle-ferry-boat to gili t costing approx 170,000 each way. these can be arranged through a travel agent in bali. its almost a full day of travelling though. alternatively there are fast boats to and from the island for about 600-650,000 each way. if you are staying around kuta or sanur, the easiest would be the blue water fast boat which departs from benoa. this takes about 2 hours and takes you to the island directly.
