we have, as a family of 5, got a tattoo done by Mr. Dolphin in benasari lane kuta. they have all healed well with no complications. it did not hurt and they were very cheap. you can bargain with the price also, if you think that they are dear. we are going back next year and planning a next tattoo with Mr. Dolphin. he also does his by free hand, so no stensils. you will not be disappointed if you go to him. good luck
