i have had 3 of my 7 tattoos done in Bali. I would recommend the Tattoo in Utara Padma legian beside the Loji.

Just some advice, get it done on your last day. New Tattoos need to be kept out of the water (pool/ocean) and out of the sun to ensure the healing process and that the colours don't fade.

Tattoo will cost approx 50% less than in Australia.
