I cannot imagine what it would be like for a 86 year old person being 'greeted' with the Bali heat and be made to stand for any length of time in the lines.
Hopefully Jetstar gives assistance to those in need.
If they do you will be met off the aircraft with a wheelchair and whizzed through all the procedures.
