We just took a guess.
You are allowed a suitcase each and a carry on bag each, there was three of us so 6 bags and I am sure that when we went to the airport in Bali to check in there was a sign telling you that you are allowed 30 kgs each, someone else may know about this one.
I have heard of people using fishing spring style scales that they took with them to check bag weights, have a look at the link.
