It's common on forums to highlight a quote and reply to the exact content... the facility on this forum doesn't allow us to do that and hence the copy and paste.
My personal opinion on hotel reports are "You speak as you find" and I love an honest report which ever way it goes. I will always make my own mind up if I choose to stay there.
