People often quote another's sentences/phrases (especially if it's only part of a whole report) then state their view /opinion on this particular part.
Yes wix just gave their opinion as did Nelfee re misuse of this forum etc
As for taking the p*ss, sh*tcanning and generally posting like a plonker I think there are others that are more deserving of those 'awards'
