Amed Taxi and Candidasa car rental

Hello,
We'll travel to Bali with our 2 small children end Dec-Jan and I'd be very grateful about some advice regarding transportation:

- How much is a taxi from Denpasar Airport to Amed? Are these metered fares?

- After Amed, we will travel to Candidasa to explore East Coast. Where should we rent a car?

- I saw on the forum that going rates seem to be around IDR 150,000(self-drive). How much would we need to add given the post Christmas-New Year season?
