how do i apply for VIP VOA?
Is it bbter to use the free coach transfer to our hotel in seminyak if this is my first time in bali to take in the sights or should we get a taxi (2 of us). If so, how much shouod I pay for a taxi or driver??and is this amount negotiable?Also how do I know how much to barter down prices . Is it just markets you barter down or food too??really unsure- first timers here!
