over the top or non existent.At the front of big hotels they were checking all vehicles inside and out while the back gate was wide open to all and sundry with no checks :(
Shopping centres - one door was checking bags while people streamed in thru another unchecked.I personally feel that if you were intent on doing some damage it would not take too long to work out the easy targets. Security at the airport was not in the same category as say Singapore which was very stringent and totally thorough.
But to be fair it is a gigantic job and we all need to be aware and do our bit to help out if we see anything suspicious I guess.
Bali doesn't bother me at all after Marrakesh...now that was very scary !!!!
