last week I had a balinese friend staying with me and we went to the shop and bought the following ingredients (here in Perth) to make Mee Goreng. It was wonderful, I must say.

OK here it goes: (for two people)

3 packets of Indo Mie Mee Goreng Noodles (asian aisle in Coles)
3 spring onions
2 pak choy (bok choy fine too)
1 carrot
half pack of diced bacon
1/2 tsp garlic
2 eggs

1. OK we cooked the noodles with the sachets, don't overdo them, drain and leave aside.
2. Cook eggs (mix them up) add bacon and cook then....
3. Cook finely sliced carrot, spring onions and chunky chopped pak choy.
4. Add Garlic and the liquid sachets from the noodle packets.
5. Once cooked a bit then add the noodles back and mix it all up.

Thats it, so easy.

Wati tells me that they can use other noodles but always use these ones as its easier (and who am I to complain about cooking being made easier lol).

I have made it since and can't get enough of it.
