sorry I never saw your post so this is probably too late. I've had Wati show me and write down the peanut satay recipe but not being a very enthusiastic cook I've never gone to the trouble as I can get ones in a jar. ;-) Lili and Wati have shown me how to make stuff at their house but I've never done a cooking class, never really made the time. It would be really interesting.
