We all know it is better to have some cash in small notes namely 20k notes as opposed to 50k or even 100k notes just to make price negotiations smoother. Does anyone know where the best places to change money at are if you want smaller notes, or too that effect is there a trick to getting these notes off the exchangers who seem to unwilling to hand them out?
