I understand that Netfare collect your baggage for you whilst you wait in their lounge. Can anyone who has used this service confirm that this is so and how they do it. eg do they wait until most bags have been collected and then check the names etc to find the correct one? Or do they ask for a description or one of you go with them and point the luggage out?
