Bali with baby - question about Ubud

My husband and I will be visiting Bali for about 2 weeks from late August 2008. It'll be our first travel experience with a baby (who'll be 6 months when we travel), and I expect to have many questions for this forum between now and our departure date :-)

For now, I'm trying to decide on accommodation and have a couple of questions about Ubud. We're looking at staying in the Nyuh Kuning Village area. Can anyone tell me...how long would it take to walk (with a stroller) from here to 'central' Ubud?

Also, I've read there are a few walks around Ubud(eg. Monkey Forest; Campuan Ridge). Are the walking paths suitable for a stroller?
