Is the limit for economy class and should be kept at that. You can take extra if you pay but doesent that defeat the purpose of the 20 Kilo rule?
Iv'e seen people bring in hand luggage that wont even fit in the overhead locker without other people getting their share of it.
If people are overweight then they have their own problem and shouldent be discrininated against because they are heavier than the person next to them.
