First time to Bali

Hi all, myself and my partner will be going to Bali for the first time on 29th June and cannot wait!!! Stopping off in Singapore for 3 nights first.

Just have a couple of questions...

1. We want to go on some snorkelling trips. Where are the best places to go?

2. Are the islands south of Bali malarial? (which we've heard)

3. We're coming from the UK... what are the drink (alcoholic) prices like?

4. We're staying at the Griya Santrian hotel in Sanur. Anyone heard of it?
