ask a silly question: CROCS, does everyone just mean those "slip on, rubbery type of "bucket" shoes, that you see everywhere."?? Beach type of bendy soft shoes. OR, are CROCs a brand name, of something different. I live in a small rural town, NSW, and don't really know about CROCS.?? I have only just started wearing the orthotics as my podiatrist has recommended due to severe heel pain (plantar fascitis). I would like to "stock up" on shoes in Bali, and am wondering what's available. The inserts sits under heel, and would probably be visible with some shoes (the heel/back section part would probably need to be deep enough for the insert to sit and stay in place, and not be seen.) Also: will it be too hot to wear joggers/closed in shoes. I don't see how I can wear THONGS all the time (Due to pain and not being able to have the inserts in them. Anyone have any suggestions, where to go, what type, cost etc.
