ashes in Bali

. My father passed away last month and wants his ashes scattered in Sanur.
Can anyone tell me what permission I need to get dad's ashes into Bali.
Austn. Customs Office said to get out of Australia I just need his Cremation & Death certificates, but couldn't help me once I hit Bali.
