Really why bother just take AUS dollars. Going interest rate is rounded to about AUS $30 pp. On entry to bali. So what if I lose a dollar or two.
Beats lining up at PO at lunch time. Or driving my car ( fuel $$$)and parking fees to a PO for $$ cost.
