people will call only if you give them your number. have taken phone over to bali many times with no problems you just go and get bali sim card and insert provided your phone is not locked here in australia. i keep mine on me all the time if you have family that are ringing you you must realise that you pay for the call from australia and this can get expensive a better idea is to text family and get them to do this to you,. Prepaid is the way to go and a cheap phone here in aust not a expensive one
