Ghekos !!

We are hoping to buy a couple of the metal gheko wall ornaments, and was wondering if any one has any advice on best way of bringing them back,ok to take as hand luggage, or in general luggage??. Oh and also where would be the best place to try to buy, or would we find them mostly in the markets .. thanks Karen
