We have made it a rule to respond to all e-mails within one hour -- at least during office hours from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Bali time and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Every company has to deal with the spam problem. Balivillas.com receives in our Bali office around 4,000 spam mails every day -- and that is AFTER a very strong and efficient spam filter on our server!
95% of these spams reaching our office are then filtered by our local spam filters. Therefore, this is not a major problem using the proper tools.
