I looked again and I think that arriving at 1510 and departing at 1635 will not leave you enough time . You will have to pick up your baggage and clear imigration ( not a big deal there ) and then present yourself for check in at the counter pass back through imagration and go to departure lounge.
If I was single and had only carry on baggage might give it a go But with 2 children and bags I would not risk it. Better to go the night flight (4 hrs transit)and get the first flight to bali or just stay overnite at the Airport hotel and go the next day. Sorry if this is not what you want to hear.
