These days I receive maybe 10 spam emails a day, possibly less. A year or so ago I would receive 40 or 50 a day. Optusnet have put a spam filter in place and its working really well. All emails considered spam by Optusnet go into a spam folder which can be accessed via Webmail, just to make sure nothing good went there by mistake.
If you have a hotmail address and receive too much spam, change your junk mail filter to a higher level. I have my junk mail set to 'standard' level and get hardly any these days.
