This is the first i've heard about passport photo and $25.
I don't know what will happen if you don't, but i know what happened when i didn't.
I've taken my son to Bali twice. He has to take a whole heap of daily medication. (Not injections) Last trip we took enough for a 4 week stay in one of those sealed medication packs pharmacists make up.
On arrival in Bali the officer was very interested in the sealed packet. He looked at it, turned it over in his hands a few times, smiled at me, and spoke his approval about the medication pack.
He didn't ask to see the letter i had from the doctor.
Having said that, now that i know what the requirment is by Indonesian consulate, i would do it the consulate's way.
