I recently had a bad bout of bali belly and treated it with -

Sutton's Bali Belly Buster

The bottle claims it consists of only spring water and pure silver. The dosage is to drink the 200 ml contents with 1 litre of water.

It worked brilliantly and the symptoms disappeared very quickly.

I bought it at a pharmacy in Jimbaran - I don't think it is widely available.
