to claim anything. If you are at the pool and there's a vacant pool lounge then lay on it. If you go away from the pool area, vacate the lounge for the next person. Making up ridiculous rules about claiming before breakfast being ok but lunch not or whatever crazy permutation you can come up with makes no sense at all.
