How do all the hotels, which dont allow guests to reserve a lounge, enforce that policy when guests leave their belongings on the lounge all day? Do hotel staff come along and remove the belongings, or do they let the guests fight it out?
Enforce the disk policy. If all the lounges are disked, bad luck. (I really don't care.)
