I was there in January and I have noticed that as you said the Russians and Domestic tourism numbers have increased . But I have also listened to the local sellers and talked to my many friends who own buisiness in Bali. The overwelling consensis is that its the Australian and Japanese who spend the money and that is what is relied upon and been missing.
