Where is Febris hotel

I am confused at the location of the Febris hotel. Is it down where the Patra bali is near the airport.

I have read posts that say the sister hotel is The Green Garden which I believe is located near Patra. Am I correct that you have the Patra, then The Bali Hai (closed now) and then Green Garden.

Some posts have said Febris is opposite Green Garden but on Google earth it shows Febris down the direction of Bemo Corner - please help!
