we have booked in april for 5 deluxe rooms some interconnecting. desi has assured us the new wing will be open as that is where she has booked us but the forum still suggests that the wing is not finished we are now only hoping. Desi asked for credit card details i decided to ring her and give her my details which she took back in December i think but she advised me she would'nt debit til we checked in. This was also security for them if we didnt show up. So far no debits have appeared on my credit card and i think this is common practice, we have also booked with Bali Dynasty and the same thing applied. I rang both properties for a few dollars instead of using my credit card over the phone. hope this helps
