Booking confirmation for room with KP

I have just received a email from Desi to confirm our room bookings, now of course she requires credit card details and phone number. For others who have done this before, have you emailed the details or rang or what?? Also does she take any money out of the account or is it just details cos there aint no money left in it as I have just put 9 flights on there!!!!

PS. Having never booked direct before, has anyone had any trouble with the booking once they got there eg. no room available???
