Hello Grace,
Tootsies is a fixed price market stall in Sindhu market in Sanur.
Benny restaurant is on the corner of the market.
You can buy clothes and shoes, bags, linen etc.
Its a great way to establish approximate prices for market items. Jennys next door is simialr and also fixed price.
Which hotel are you staying in?
