I always get a local sim for business in Bali and usually spend 100,000rp at a time,on my last trip from the phone shop near Bintang Supermarket the girl suggested a new company (sorry didnt diarise name) sim card and also gave me a special prefix code relevant to the company for international calls, it was half the rate so excellent value,and I did try it to use up the time before leaving and the clarity was good. I dont know if it was a short term marketing ploy thing to get established, but I will be looking for it again in a few weeks
